What an amazing film. Glad to have had the off chance to see this. It was slow at the beginning and then it drags you in until you can’t get out.

I really was hoping there was more. There are five stories that will bend the way you think just a little bit, but enough to look over this film again.

Gets my seal of approval. Go get it folks!

Caligula, featuring Malcom McDowell, portrays a very vivid look into the last few days of Roman Emperor Gaius Germanicus Caligula. He was known for having relations with his sister and just in general being very carnal in his actions.

A lot of people have said this has been one of the worst films they’ve seen. I’ll have to disagree. I kinda liked it. It’s not a film for children, that’s for sure. One scene involves Caligula ramming his fist in another man’s anus. If you want to see a lot of violence and general raunchiness then this film is for you.

Think Memento meets time travel. Jared Let stars as a man who, I think, travels in time finding out what his choices in life bring him to. Quite an interesting film, but it seemed like it dragged on. Not enough action for me.

I was lucky enough to get a chance to see this. Wow. Here’s the description from IMDB:

An aging porn star agrees to participate in an “art film” in order to make a clean break from the business, only to discover that he has been drafted into making a pedophilia and necrophilia themed snuff film.

Intense. I’m definitely gonna keep my eyes on the Serbian film market after this. Not a bad movie, not the most grotesque I’ve seen either. But plenty enough for the average joe.
